Welcome to HopJob! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, products, and services. HopJob is a service offered by airec, a product of Easy2Employ LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue Suite 1831, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

By signing up or using HopJob, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using HopJob, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• Any misuse of free credits (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

3. Credits System

• HopJob operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access services such as CV enhancement, assessments, job search features, and career reports.
• Credits purchased are non-refundable and expire after 3 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.
• Free credits are offered once per user upon signup. Abuse of this policy by creating multiple accounts will lead to immediate suspension.

4. Services Provided

HopJob offers AI-powered tools to assist job seekers, including:

• CV enhancement and regeneration
• CV templates (Classic, Modern, Creative)
• Personality and behavior analysis
• Career projection reports & training recommendations
• Assessments (Video, MCQ, Essay, Coding)
• Job discovery through aggregated listings

5. Job Listings Disclaimer

• HopJob does not create or guarantee job postings.
• Jobs displayed on HopJob may come from third-party sources, including Google Jobs, public company websites, or external job boards.
• HopJob does not verify, endorse, or confirm the authenticity, accuracy, or legitimacy of job postings.
• Users are responsible for verifying job details and the legitimacy of employers before applying or sharing personal information.
• HopJob is not liable for any loss, fraud, or damages resulting from reliance on third-party job postings.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments for credits or packages are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• By purchasing credits, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.
• All sales are final. No refunds are issued unless required by law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to manipulate results or rankings using false information.
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

8. Limitation of Liability

• HopJob provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We do not guarantee that using our services will result in employment.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HopJob disclaims all liability arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse free credits.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of HopJob after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
